Journey to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

WEBINAR

Journey to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The death of George Floyd reignited the focus on eliminating systemic racism and the fight for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Join LeadingAge Ohio members as they discuss both the business case and the societal case for DEI and collectively share practical examples of addressing systemic racism and the journey to inclusion for all within our walls and communities at large. The importance and value of DEI is often spoken of in regard to increased innovation, better decision-making and top-line revenue. However, recent events have forced us to expand how we see the value of every individual voice, the society case and the compassionate case for DEI. As not-for-profits, we are called to do good not just for the bottom line but for the sake of society and of every person.
